Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Himalaya Pharmacy, Haridwar, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of Ayurvedic and herbal products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order or request a refund.
Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations and returns.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 8192843909 or email us at himalayapharmacy@gmail.com. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after shipment, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the medicinal and health nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:
- Damaged Product: The product was received in a damaged condition or the seal was broken at the time of delivery.
- Wrong Item: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product: The product delivered has passed its expiration date.
Note: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or where the original packaging has been tampered with, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Process
- Timeline: Any issues regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Please provide clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product along with the original invoice (bill) and send them to sales.himalayapharmacy@gmail.com.
- Pickup: Once your request is validated, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you on the return shipping process.
4. Refund Policy
- Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be required to provide your bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) for the refund transfer.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong product), Himalaya Pharmacy will bear the full cost of return shipping.
- In all other cases, the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
